Foundation 01


Just for today I will let go of anger

Grrrr... Anger is like an animal instinct that pops up without warning. But, holding onto it is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to suffer. It'll gnaw away at you from the inside, messing with your thoughts and making you see things through a hazy lens. Sure, it might feel like an escape hatch from self-blame, but it's totally not worth it! The trick is to tackle each problem one day at a time. Break down your anger into bite-sized pieces, and figure out how to gently put them to bed. Trust me, you'll feel lighter and happier!



Foundation 02


Just for today I will let go of worry

Worry is like a pesky fly buzzing around your head, useless and annoying. It won't fix a thing, but it will steal your precious time and energy, leaving you drained. Instead, why not try a new tactic? Accept the curveballs life throws at you and view them as valuable lessons, regardless of their outcome. Take each problem step by step, and soon you will break them down into bite-sized chunks, making them easier to tackle. So, let's evict worry from our minds and make room for solutions!



Foundation 03


Just for today I will give thanks for my many blessings

Our world is like a giant puzzle, with every piece relying on each other to create a beautiful picture. Everything we do has a butterfly effect across the universe, just like a little drop in a vast pond. So, if we choose to treat others with kindness and understanding, and think before we act, it's like sending gratitude vibes to the universe, and as a bonus, we get a little peace in our lives. Remember, you're living in a world of abundance, and it's important to be grateful for everything that comes your way. Trust the Law of Abundance, and watch the magic unfold!

Just for today, I will do my work honestly


Listen up, folks! Honesty is the key to unlocking your potential, but you can't unlock that door if you're sneaky in other areas of life. Lying or cheating will only cloud your mind with a bunch of nonsense, causing chaos and unhappiness.

So, take a deep breath and focus on being truthful in every aspect of life. By doing so, you'll have a clearer vision of the lessons that await you, one step at a time.


Foundation 05


Just for today I will be kind to every living thing

In this wild world, every soul deserves a high-five of respect. We may all come from different planets, but our paths intersect from time to time, and that's our chance to learn from each other. Sometimes, the lessons sneak up on us, not wearing the obvious label of a 'lesson.' So, let's celebrate each day as a chance to be grateful for the quirky, exciting and diverse experiences that come our way through the people we meet. Let's give each of them a virtual hug of appreciation.
