  • GREEN TARA SEICHIM

Green Tara Seichim Seichim, a word (pronounced “SAY-keem”) of unknown origin—but closely related to the ancient Egyptian word sekhem (sxm), which means life-force, or energy—is used to indicate a system of healing that many feel has ancient origins in Tibet. This practice is said to have been handed down from very ancient times. Seichim is not a religion, although this healing practice is becoming known in all cultures throughout the world. It has a built-in spiritual dimension. Seichim is a unity concept, because it is now accepted globally. Seichim teaches unity and harmony. Seichim is in harmony with nature and can be used to heal plants and trees, people and animals, and can even be used to help purify and harmonize water and air. Seichim was discovered near the end of the twentieth century by an American man named Patrick Zeigler. He first experienced this energy in 1979–80 while in the Great Pyramid, after which he studied with the leader of Tariqa Burhaniya band of Sufi mystics, Sayyidi Fahruddin Sheikh Mohammed Uthman Abduh al-Burhani (d. 1983). He later developed it into a system of healing that he passed on to others by means of a system of empowerments, or attunements (which he modeled after the Reiki attunements). Various versions of it are now practiced by many around the globe. The view that the divine bodhisattva known by the name Tara has assimilated into herself the various characteristics and qualities of goddesses of the Himalayan regions—from tribal snake deities to the great Shakti of Hinduism and even other goddesses from farther afield—is not a new one. Whether this is due to the somewhat outmoded idea of the archetype, or due to cultural drift and diffusion, or to people’s general inability to keep specific details in mind is not really important. What is significant and valuable is the profound devotion the Tibetan people have for Tara and the genuine efficacy of her practice. In times of great difficulty, millions of people call upon “Great Noble Tara.” The practice of Green Tara helps to overcome fear and anxiety, but devotees believe that she can grant wishes, eliminate suffering of all kinds, and bring happiness Green Tara is typically pictured as a dark green-skinned girl of 16. She wears striped leggings, but only her shoulders are covered above. She wears the many characteristic ornaments of the samboghakaya (the “enjoyment-body” of a Buddha who resides in a paradise)). Green Tara has her right foot extended as if about to rise. Her left hand, in the gesture of granting refuge, holds the stem of a blue water lily or utpala that waves over her left shoulder, while her right hand, also holding a flower, offers that which we desire, a boon. Both hands signal with blue utpala flowers, “Samsaric beings! Cling not to worldly pleasures. Enter the great city of liberation!” Flower-goads prodding us to effort. Homage to you! —First Dalai Lama (1391–1474) The practice of Green Tara helps to overcome fear and anxiety, but devotees believe that she can grant wishes, eliminate suffering of all kinds, and bring happiness. When called upon, she instantaneously saves us from eight specific calamities. The First Dalai Lama lists and interprets them as representations of obscurations or defects: 1) lions and pride; 2) wild elephants and delusions; 3) forest fires and hatred; 4) snakes and envy; 5) robbers and fanatical views; 6) prisons and avarice; 7) floods and lust; 8) demons and doubt; The Origin of Tara In the past, many aeons ago, during the time of Buddha Dundubhisvara (Drum-sound), in the Universe called Manifold Light, there lived a princess by the name of Moon of Wisdom-knowledge. She was a very devoted disciple and would daily set out many offerings to the Buddha and His Sangha. Eventually she generated bodhicitta, the aspiration to attain Enlightenment and become a Buddha herself, in order to help all living beings. Some bhikshus came to know of this, and urged her to dedicate the merits shad created to be reborn as a male. However, the princess rejected this advice saying: Here there is no man, there is no woman, No self, no person, and no consciousness. Labelling “male” or “female” has no essence, But deceives the evil-minded world. She went on to make the following vow: “There are many who desire Enlightenment in a man’s body, but none who work for the benefit of sentient beings in the body of a woman. Therefore, until samsara is empty, I shall work for the benefit of sentient beings in a woman’s body.” From that time onward, the princess dedicated herself to winning full and complete Enlightenment. Once she accomplished that goal, she came to be known as Tara, the Liberator. (from In Praise of Tara: Songs to the Saviouress, by Martin Willson, Wisdom Publications.) There is another story regarding Tara which tells that Chenrezig (Kuan Yin, or Avalokiteshvara) had been working for a long time to help sentient beings. He had been able to help hundreds of thousands of beings become free from samsara, but then he checked and realized there were still so many more beings suffering in samsara. He began to cry, and from the pool formed by his tears a lotus arose and Tara appeared from the lotus, saying “Do not worry; I will help you.” Thus Tara is associated with Chenrezig, as well as with Amitabha Buddha (she has a tiny image of Amitabha Buddha on her crown.) Why Do We Need to Practice Tara? There are many inner obstacles to our mental development, and these inner obstacles can create external obstacles. To obtain success in our Dharma practice, to actualize the path to Enlightenment, we need to rely on a special deity or Buddha for example, Tara. All actions of the Buddha manifest in the female form, Tara, to help sentient beings successfully accomplish both temporal and ultimate happiness. (from Tara the Liberator, by Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Wisdom Publications.) The Benefits of Tara Practice Lama Zopa Rinpoche further explains that through practicing Tara, we can obtain the following benefits: • –we can create a great deal of merit • –we can avoid a suffering rebirth in the next life • –we can quickly attain Enlightenment • –we receive initiation from millions of Buddhas • –all our wishes can be fulfilled, e.g. it can help us with our health, business, getting a job, having a child, etc. • –it protects us from fear and dangers It is said that Tara protects from the 8 fears, of which there are an internal and an external aspect: The 8 external fears The 8 internal fears 1. floods 1. attachment 2. fire 2. anger 3. elephants 3. ignorance 4. snakes 4. jealousy 5. lions 5. pride 6. imprisonment/chains 6. miserliness 7. thieves 7. wrong views 8. ghosts 8. doubt The Symbolism of Green Tara Green Tara is seated upon a lotus arising from the waters of a lake, just as Tara is said to have arisen from the compassionate tears of Avalokiteshvara. Her right hand is in the mudra of supreme generosity indicating her ability to provide beings with whatever they desire. Her left hand at her heart is in the mudra of bestowing refuge: her thumb and ring finger are pressed together to symbolize the united practice of method and wisdom, and the three remaining fingers are raised to symbolize the Three Jewels of Refuge - Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. In each hand she holds the stem of a blue utpala flower. Each flower consists of three blossoms indicating that Tara, the embodiment of enlightened activities, is the Mother of the Buddhas of the past, present, and future. Tara is dressed in the silken robes of royalty. She wears rainbow-colored stockings, a white half-blouse, and various jeweled ornaments. These symbolize her mastery of the perfections of generosity, morality, and so forth. The tiara fastened in her black hair is adorned with jewels, the central one is a red ruby symbolic of Amitabha, her spiritual father and the head of her Buddha family. She is seated in a distinctive posture, her left leg withdrawn to symbolize her renunciation of worldly passion and her right leg extended to show that she is always ready to arise and come to the aid of those who need her help. With a warm compassionate gaze she looks down upon each sentient being as a mother regards her only child. Her emerald-green color—related to the wind element and hence to movement—signifies her ability to act swiftly and without delay to bring benefits to sentient beings. (from Images of Enlightenment, by J. Landaw and A. Weber, Snow Lion Publications.) From the Teachings of Ven Lama Thubten Yeshe Tara is known as the “Mother of all Buddhas.” This is because she is the wisdom of reality, and all Buddhas and bodhisattvas are born from this wisdom. This wisdom is also the fundamental cause of happiness, and our own spiritual growth comes from this wisdom. That is why Tara is called the Mother. And Mother Tara has much wisdom to manifest many aspects, sometimes peaceful, sometimes wrathful, in different colors—all to help sentient beings.

  • SEKHMET

Sekhmet Seichim Reiki The Goddess Sekhmet (meaning Powerful) has the body of a woman & the headdress of a lion/cat. The Egyptians thought her to be the bringer of destruction & in contradiction the Goddess of regeneration & healing. Sekhem is traditionally linked with Egyptian archetype, SEKHMET - the Goddess of Healing She is a leonine Goddess & is the primordial Goddess. Myths & legends say she was present at the creation of our universe. Sekhmet was called the daughter of Ra the sun god, leader of the Egyptian gods. In Egyptian mythology it was she who punished the damned in the underworld. However, she was also worshiped in her aspect of Great One of Healing, the setter of bones…. The Myth of Sekhmet In ancient days humans rose up against the Gods believing themselves to be potentially as powerful. Ra became wise to their schemes & at a meeting of the Gods they devised a way to stop the rebellion. Sekhmet was chosen as her loyalty & pledge to protect Ra from his enemies was well known & respected Sekhmet hurled forth upon the earth from the eye of Ra as an immense, fiery lioness, whose back glowed with the colour of blood. She began slaughtering the human race & rampaged until the earth soaked red. Ra tried to stop her as if humanity were destroyed there would be no one to worship the gods. Ra called god Sekti to mix a potion of seven thousand vats of beer mixed with the juice of the deep red pomegranate. The “blood” beer was poured into a huge pool in the path of the Sekhmet & Ra hid watching as she fell down, intoxicated. Sekhmet was content & never attacked humans again. Ra decreed that henceforward the same intoxicating liquor was to be brewed on the feast day of Hathor each year. CONTACT FOR MORE INFO

  • SEICHIM

Seichim Reiki LIVING LIGHT ENERGY Seichim (pronounced Say sheem) is an ancient healing technique from Egypt believed to have roots in Atlantis. The hieroglyph Sekhem translates "power of powers". Seichim is channeled energy from around us. Seichim is a powerful energy yet with a gentle feminine feel. Seichim uses sacred symbols to release deeply held thought forms in the etheric, emotional & mental bodies. It balances the masculine & feminine energies of power & transformation & accelerates our personal development helping us achieve our full potential Seichim, like Reiki, has been around for a very long time, being mentioned in the Egyptian Book of the Dead. Seichim works together with your conscious intent, higher self & angelic guides. It opens your heart creating a multi-dimensional bridge of "at-one-ment" with Source. Seichim has a different vibrational frequency than Reiki. Requirement: you must have 2nd degree Reiki prior to doing Seichim 1st degree & Reiki Masters prior to doing Seichim Masters. (Some Seichim Masters insist that you are a Reiki Master before becoming attuned to Seichim). Its modern history begins in 1978 with Patrick Zeigler, an American who was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Yemen. He meditated often & had some very powerful spi ritual experiences & one of his goals was to find a Sufi teacher. After a year, he had not found one & decided to go to Egypt. While there he spent a night in a sarcophagus in the Great Pyramid. He heard a deep sound coming from the Grand Valley & was extremely afraid when he realized it was not human. It hovered above him in an Infinity pattern & he heard a voice say, “This is why you have come”. Then he was able to let go of fear & open his heart & spend a blissful night. • Unlocking Fire Energy: Kundalini Reiki for Wellness

KUNDALINI REIKI Kundalini means that certain healing channels and chakras have been opened, and you have thereby gained access to the Earth's energy which is a part of the universal energy. The Root chakra, which is the energy centre located near the coccyx, acts as an entrance for the Kundalini energy. The Kundalini energy is also referred to as "the Kundalini Fire." Hereafter, the energy runs all the way up through the body, through the main energy channel, and out of the Crown chakra. This energy channel goes from the Root chakra to the Crown chakra on the top of the head. An open Kundalini means that over a period of time, a complete cleansing of the chakras, the body parts and the energy channels is obtained In the Kundalini Reiki 1 attunement procedure, all of the knots/blocks in the chakras are removed (except for the root chakra). The main energy channel, from the crown chakra to the root chakra, is cleansed and prepared for the Kundalini awakening that you will experience in Kundalini Reiki 2. The Heart chakra becomes enlarged and the energy channel from the hands to the Crown chakra is opened so that the Reiki energy can flow With Kundalini Reiki 2 the Kundalini Reiki 1 attunement is strengthened and the base chakra is opened, the third eye is enlarged. The Kundalini is awakened and the main energy channel opens gently and surely, alighting the Kundalini “fire.” The Kundalini reaches the Solar Plexus chakra, preparing for the full Kundalini rising in Kundalini Reiki 3. You are also taught a specific meditation. When you perform this meditation, you increase for a short time, the power of the flame in the Kundalini fire cleansing your energy channels. In this way, all the chakras/energy systems are enlightened and a cleansing takes place. Kundalini Reiki Master - The previous attunements are strengthened and the Throat, Solar Plexus, Hara and Root Chakras are opened wider. Kundalini Reiki Master Level The previous attunements are strengthened and the Throat, Solar Plexus, Hara and Root Chakras are opened. The Kundalini “fire” is strengthened and reaches up and out of the Crown chakra - full rising of the Kundalini takes place. You are taught to attune Crystals and other objects, so that they act as Reiki channels.

  • ETHEREAL CRYSTALS ATTUNEMENT

Ethereal Crystals AMBER CLEAR QUARTZ AMETHYST DIAMOND AQUAMARINE SINGLE TERMINATED CLEAR QUARTZ AVENTURINE EMERALD PINK BERYL (also known as Morganite) HEMATITE BLUE LACE AGATE RED JASPER BOTSWANA AGATE MALACHITE GREEN CALCITE ROSE QUARTZ CARNELIAN RUBY CHRYSOCOLLA SODALITE CITRINE TURQUOISE ALEXANDRITE MOLDAVITE AMAZONITE MOONSTONE AZURITE PERIDOT BLOODSTONE PYRITE GOLD CALCITE BLUE SAPPHIRE FIRE OPAL YELLOW SAPPHIRE FLUORITE BLACK TOURMALINE RED GARNET VIOLET TOURMALINE JADE PINK TOURMALINE LAPIS LAZULI DOUBLE TERMINATED CLEAR QUARTZ Prerequisite: Kundalini Reiki 1-2-3 It is now possible to give a powerful crystal healing, without crystals, through this attunement you gain access to a specific crystal's energy and can channel it by intention. These ethereal crystals are much stronger than those found in earth. You can place them on the body, just by pointing at a certain area of the body, and by thinking the stones name. The stone will disappear when the energy is no longer needed. Furthermore, you can create powerful gem elixirs in seconds and increase the strength in certain gemstones by 400 %! An Ethereal Crystal healing can stand alone or be combined with other healing methods, such as Reiki. There are 6 levels in a full ethereal crystal attunement generally given in two attunements 1 - 3 and 4 - 6. Healing Simply point or touch a location and then mentally say the appropriate stones name, and the ethereal stone will then be placed. An example: Let’s say we are going to do a healing session with 3 stones: Ruby, Rose Quartz and Citrine. We would like to place the Ruby on the Root Chakra, the Rose Quartz on the Heart Chakra and the Citrine on the Solar Plexus Chakra. Place the Ruby by pointing with your finger (or with your mind only) on the Root Chakra and say mentally: ”Ruby”. The Ruby will be instantly placed. Go on to the Solar Plexus. Point at the Solar Plexus and think: “Citrine”. Do the same with the Rose Quartz. You can also place Ethereal Crystals in organs. You could, as an example, say mentally: “Citrine in the bladder”. The Citrine will then be placed in the bladder. After placing stones, you can perform Reiki, massage, Aromatherapy etc., or you can choose to let the Ethereal Crystal session stand alone. The stones will disappear when no longer needed and unlike material crystals, these cannot be dislodged by movement or activity. Even though unnecessary, you can always remove the stones, just by thinking, “remove Citrine” or “remove all stones”. Use the same method on yourself for self-healing. Distance Healing To place an Ethereal Crystal long distance, you can use the following sentence: “Place Citrine on (name of person)’s Solar Plexus Chakra”. Then the stone will be placed instantly. Gem Elixirs and strengthening stones To create a gem elixir, you normally have to place a stone in water for 12-24 hours. With the Ethereal Crystal attunements, you can create powerful gem elixirs in seconds! When you have reached Ethereal Crystals 3, the elixir will become 400% stronger than when using normal gem stones. You are also able to strengthen stones. To create a gem elixir: Pour water into a glass. Say mentally: “Place (name of stone/stones) in the water”. The water will then be fully charged in seconds. Get the stone you want to strengthen. Say mentally: “Place (name of ethereal stone) in (your stone)”. Your stone will be strengthened in seconds. To place an Ethereal single terminated clear Quartz crystal (or a double terminated in Ethereal Crystals 4-5-6), place it as usual and then also define which way the point will turn. Example: “Place single terminated clear Quartz crystal on the heart chakra, with the point pointing downwards”. Here is something to help get you started using the ethereal crystals to help clear and balance a recipients chakras, start at the base chakra and work your way up. Base chakra, place a RUBY ethereal crystal, this Fires enthusiasm, courage, drives away sadness and melancholy. Useful for adrenals and circulation and for protection. Sacral chakra, place a CARNELIAN ethereal crystal. Encourages a spirit of community, lifts emotions and dispels apathy. Can be helpful for rheumatism, arthritis, neuralgia, infertility and depression. Solar plexus chakra, place an Amber ethereal crystal, this encourages a sunny nature, self confidence. Can help problems with the stomach and spleen, liver and gallbladder. Heart chakra, place a ROSE QUORTZ ethereal crystal, this generates a gentle helpfulness for openness, sensitivity and empathy. Encourages proper self-love and ability to love others unconditionally. Aids calming of stress. Throat chakra, place a TURQUOISE ethereal crystal, this bestows inner calm. Helps with control of viral infections, anti-inflammatory, relaxes cramps. Powerful healer strengthening entire anatomy and in absorption of nutrients. Brow chakra, place a LAPIS LAZULI ethereal crystal, this is for wisdom, honesty, reveals own inner truth. Helps to open higher awareness, thus aiding understanding of ancient wisdom. Crown chakra, place an AMETHYST ethereal crystal, which aids spiritual wakefulness, quietens the mind. Links to reverence for all life and high ideals. You can of course use intuition to ask your higher self to place whatever relevant ethereal crystals are required in the body.

  • Emotions & the Physical Body

Reiki is like a superhero, swooping in to balance our physical, emotional, and energy bodies, and those of our clients. It's the energy version of a full-body massage! Traditional Reiki uses specific hand positions to channel the good vibes to all our organs, glands, and chakras. But, with Shamballa, we can get creative and ditch the guidelines. The following information is simply a quick reference for relationships between our physical, energy and emotional bodies. Our Organs HEART: Our heart is the muscular pump of the vascular system. It has four chambers: the two on the right relate to the lungs, and the two on the left relate to the rest of the body. Our hearts take deoxygenated blood into the right side, pump it through the lungs and return oxygenated blood to the left side and the rest of the body. Stored emotional blockages: Heartaches, heartbreak, grief, loss, fear, sadness, rejection, hurt. Holding back out of fear of being alive or fear of dying, blockage of love, imbalance of giving or receiving. LUNGS: Our lungs bring air into a place where it can be absorbed by our blood, and takes undesired gasses from the blood and releases them to the outside world. Stored emotional blockages: Asthma related to anger, fear, low energy, coughing up pain. STOMACH : Our stomachs store undigested food and start the digestion process, preparing our food for treatment by the small intestine. Stored emotional blockages: Place where all things swallowed go to be digested, such as old rules, ideas from family, peers, teachers, ministers, doctors etc. Ulcer is anger eating away at one’s gut, butterflies in the stomach are anxiety, indigestion of old thoughts, feelings, ideas that don’t fit anymore into one’s life, fear of change and disapproval. SMALL INTESTINE: Our small intestine fills our abdominal cavity and is framed by the large intestine. It receives partially digested food from the stomach and uses secretions from the pancreas and liver (via the gall bladder) to further break down food. It is responsible for all digestion of nutrients, including vitamins. LARGE INTESTINE: Our large intestine absorbs water, vitamins and minerals. It includes our appendix (lower right side), goes right up our right side, across at about our waist, and down our left side. Stored emotional blockages in the abdomen: Hara center, storage place for unexpressed feelings of anger/fear, unresolved situations relating to anger/fear/guilt. Where information from the computer center in head goes if it isn’t cleared. LIVER: The liver is our largest organ. It is responsible for a multitude of chemicals and changes. Blood brings nutrients into the liver. It converts carbohydrates into fat and proteins. It makes cholesterol, stores vitamins A, D, B12 and iron. Removes toxic substances from the blood. Stored emotional blockages : Anger/fear storage over long periods of time. GALLBLADDER: The gallbladder lies just under the liver. It stores bile that is secreted to the beginning of the small intestine. Bile helps digest fats by making them soluble in water so enzymes can act on them. Stored emotional blockages: Anger gone over to bitterness. PANCREAS : The pancreas excretes enzymes that enter the small intestine and help with the breakdown of protein, fat and carbohydrate. The pancreas makes insulin. It is considered a gland and is regulated by the hormones. Stored emotional blockages: Sweetness gone out of life, spark, spice, sparkle, zest missing. Being too nice/sugary etc. SPLEEN : The spleen is a lymphatic organ. It filters our blood and is active in the immune system. Stored emotional blockages: Storage of unfinished business with past relationships. Could relate to death of a person, job, lifestyle, which have created strings with the past. KIDNEYS: The kidneys work to maintain the electrical, chemical and concentration balances and integrity of the body water. They maintain the body water volume, process blood plasma and maintain the acid-base balance in our bodies. Stored emotional blockages in adrenals/kidneys: Shock/trauma center of the body. Over activity of sympathetic nervous system, adrenaline rushes, healing of entire autoimmune system. Always treat this position for shock, trauma, illness, surgery, emotional imbalances, stress of any kind, allergies, low energy and fear response. Our Endocrine Glands PITUITARY: The pituitary and pineal glands are related to the body’s metabolism. They secrete hormones that cause other secretions in other parts of the body. PINEAL: (Hypothalamus) The pineal gland can secrete hormones to create estrogens, progesterone and testosterone and also regulate the thyroid, bone, skin, adrenals, milk production in mothers and water conservation. THYROID: The thyroid increases oxygen consumption in our tissues and thereby fuels and maintains metabolic activity. THYMUS: The thymus is part of the lymphatic system. It can produce “T” lymphocytes that attack the protein of certain tumour cells. It atrophies as we age. ADRENALS: Our adrenals secrete a hormone that breaks down starch and fatty acids and stimulates our metabolism. The adrenals are responsible for “light or flight” responses that can result in dilated pupils, increased heart rate, nervous activity and breathing. OVARIES, TESTES: The ovaries develop female germ cells (eggs) and female hormones, estrogens and progesterone. The testes develop sperm and the male hormone testosterone. Further Seats of Stored Emotions HEAD: Seat of our computer center for the body. Place that we create all that is going on in our lives. Important to treat to keep in balance so we put our lives in order on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Headaches are often withheld feelings causing imbalances as we try to figure out why things aren’t the way we would like them to be, can be accompanied by unshed tears, anger, confusion, too much analyzing. EYES: Relate to inner seeing, feeling and hearing. (Third eye or psychic center development.) Not being seen by others, not seeing what others want, not wanting to see what’s right in front of our noses (far-sightedness) or what’s going on out there (near-sightedness). Connected to the sinus passages where stored tears are held. Also directly connected to the ovaries and uterus in women and to the prostate gland and testicles in men. EARS: Hearing others, being heard by others, blocking out what we don’t or didn’t want to hear. Also related to high blood pressure, balance and clarity. THROAT: Speaking out, expressing oneself verbally, throat blockages caused by choking on ideas or words, thoughts or beliefs. Not saying what needs to be said, talking too much, feeling gagged. NECK: Related to shoulders carrying burdens and responsibilities, a stiff-necked point of view, sticking one’s neck out, to do with support, rigidity in thinking, etc. INTESTINAL TRACT: Constipation/holding feelings in, usually anger and fear as well as guilt. Colitis/diarrhea is letting go of old feelings, thoughts and ideas without actually dealing with them. OVARIES/UTERUS: Storage of anger with men, issues about birth, abortion, miscarriage, rape, incest, abuse, fear/guilt/anger about sexuality. BLADDER: Stored anger/pissed off. Often related to fear/guilt around sexuality. PROSTATE: Sexual guilt, anger with women, powerlessness, helplessness, issues with birth, incest, and sexual abuse. HIPS: Support system, something to kick about, often stored anger/fear, which can create fat barrier. Too vulnerable/unprotected shows in thinness. KNEES: Flexibility in thinking, support (left knee internal emotional support, right knee external support such as job, money, friends, etc.) Support from mother on left, father on right. Parents with roles reversed will find similar reversal in knees. ANKLES: Understanding, related to thinking, analyzing, and the word why. FEET: What we stand for, can’t stand, standing up for ourselves or others, setting standards, being soulful. Feet contain points for all other parts of the body. Also represents our grounding in life. SHOULDERS: Right - burdens and responsibilities carried for the family, business, world, others etc. Left - internal emotional burdens/responsibilities for our own lives, spiritual/emotional/mental growth. Guilt. UPPER BACK: Right - stored anger, giving too much, storage of little angers such as irritation, being a bit upset, striking out or striking back, holding back or holding out, defending oneself by being imbalanced with giving/receiving. Left - stored sadness, grief, sorrow, loss, and guilt. Occasionally represents too much receiving, not enough giving. LOWER BACK: Storage of anger, held feelings, sexual stress, barriers against opposite sex, sexual abuse. TAILBONE: Has to do with survival, kundalini activation, fear of success, fear of aliveness, fear of action. Discover the intricate relationship between physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Explore how Reiki can help balance and heal these aspects of ourselves.

  • CELTIC REIKI

Celtic Reiki Celtic Reiki is a variation of Usui Reiki which uses vibrations of the Earth and specific trees and shrubs in order to create an environment suitable for healing and manifestation.
