Having been an 3rd generation intuitive dreamer and seer since a young age, in 1986 I started my journey in earnest into spirituality and all things holistic healing, one year before the 1987 HARMONIC CONVERGENCE. I was keenly interested & regularly buying meditations & holistic tapes from New Age Music & purchasing Prediction Magazine. It all seemed way above my head, but I kept on persevering, with the lingo, the jargon & the connections between spirituality, astrology, divination and healing ​ In 1989 I got my first set of tarot cards from Robert in North Street Arcade it was the newly published MERLIN TAROT. I went in-depth with these studying both the cards and two of RJ Stewarts novels, Power Within The Land & Earth Light. I used the cards only for meditation, not divination. I do now though! ​ Late 90's the journey began in earnest. In the early 2000's after endometriosis landed me on the operating table, and being subsequently told, 'we don't know the cause, we can only treat the symptoms', holistic healing got cranked up a gear! I started to attend a Kinesiologist with a view to finding the cause In 2002 I took a SPIRITUAL JOURNEY COACHING DIPLOMA Course in Life Coaching This life coaching practitioner course led me to get on a plane to London and had an intense REIKI Mastery Training. I chose this because my REIKI MASTER'S LINEAGE from a Tai CHI Master & Gold Medalist Qi Gong expert included WILLIAM RAND & DOI, so I was attuned in Usui, Usui Tibetan & Japanese Reiki. It blew my front two teeth apart integrating the energies, which intrigued my dentist no end when I told him the possible reason why my teeth had shifted! (They returned to position one year later when the energies integrated fully) In the same year I started my KINESIOLOGY training, whereupon I first worked with FLOWER REMEDIES I did a few side hustle courses like SACRED GEOMETRY, HEALING WITH CRYSTALS, HOPI EAR CANDLING, INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE AND THAI HAND & FOOT MASSAGE In early 2004 I walked past the local mystical shop and an advert caught my eye, it read; 'Do you want to increase your light one - thousand fold?' Guess who signed up for a bank holiday weekend long ORIBITAL HOLOGRAM OF LOVE HEALING course called THE MELCHIZEDEK METHOD, yip you've guessed correctly! I had some knowledge going into this course as I'd gained my ANGEL MASTERY course previously and was hosting ASCENDED MASTER WORKSHOPS, as I'd started working with DR JOSHUA DAVID STONE This MELCHIZEDEK METHOD COURSE was something else, learning in MEDITATION and GUIDED VISUALIZATIONS to activate 13:20:33 TIME ENCODING, UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS, ACTIVATING THE PINEAL THROUGH THE EYE OF HORUS, RECEIVING THE ANKH, KABBALAH WORK, COSMIC CONSCIOUSNESS ACTIVATION AND MERKABA BI-LOCATION TO THE GREAT PYRAMID This course was also practitioner training for ORBITAL HOLOGRAM OF LOVE HEALING on others, healing and activating the ORIGINAL DIVINE BLUEPRINT, balancing the YIN YANG, orbital healing of the SPINE and adjustment of the SKELETON & MUSCLES. It involves MERIDIAN work, SPLIT PARADIGM healing, 5th element CADUCEUS BALANCING, working with the AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM & FREQUENCY LIGHT BEAMS. This course was ahead of it's time! After this course I set up a ning community network called INSIGHTS FROM THE MASTERS and published a book in around 2008/2009 By then I had picked up all varieties of Reiki streams, VIOLET FLAME REIKI, ANGEL REIKI, QUAN YIN LAVENDAR FLAME REIKI, GOLD REIKI, DNA REIKI, MAHATMA REIKI, SHAMBALLA MULTI DIMENSIONAL HEALING, GREEN TARA SEICHIM, MEDICINE BUDDHA REIKI, ELEMENATL REIKI, KAURNA KI, CELTIC REIKI and IMARA REIKI I'd also picked up many EMPOWERMENTS & ACTIVATIONS along the way as in CORE FEAR MATRIX REMOVAL PROGRAMS, HEALING WITH THE ARCTURIANS, AXIATONAL ALIGNMENTS, ELOHIM INITITATIONS, ANGEL ATTUNEMENTS. PLANETRAY & COSMIC RAY ATTUNEMENTS, MAP HEALING TEAM activations and a few more besides.... Quan Yin is one of the most universally beloved of deities in the Buddhist tradition. Also known as Kuan Yin, Quan'Am (Vietnam), Kannon (Japan), and Kanin (Bali). She is the embodiment of compassionate loving kindness. As the Bodhisattva of Compassion, She hears the cries of all beings. Quan Yin enjoys a strong resonance with the Christian Mary, the Mother of Jesus, and the Tibetan goddess Tara. In many images she is depicted carrying the pearls of illumination. Often Quan Yin is shown pouring a stream of healing water, the "Water of Life," from a small vase. With this water devotees and all living things are blessed with physical and spiritual peace. She holds a sheaf of ripe rice or a bowl of rice seed as a metaphor for fertility and sustenance. The dragon, an ancient symbol for high spirituality, wisdom, strength, and divine powers of transformation, is a common motif found in combination with the Goddess of Mercy. Sometimes Kuan Yin is represented as a many armed figure, with each hand either containing a different cosmic symbol or expressing a specific ritual position, or mudra. This characterizes the Goddess as the source and sustenance of all things. Her cupped hands often form the Yoni Mudra, symbolizing the womb as the door for entry to this world through the universal female principle. Quan Yin, as a true Enlightened One, or Bodhisattva, vowed to remain in the earthly realms and not enter the heavenly worlds until all other living things have completed their own enlightenment and thus become liberated from the pain-filled cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. There are numerous legends that recount the miracles which Quan Yin performs to help those who call on Her. Like Artemis, She is a virgin Goddess who protects women, offers them a religious life as an alternative to marriage, and grants children to those who desire them. The Goddess of Mercy is unique among the heavenly hierarchy in that she is so utterly free from pride or vengefulness that she remains reluctant to punish even those to whom a severe lesson might be appropriate. Individuals who could be sentenced to dreadful penance in other systems can attain rebirth and renewal by simply calling upon Her graces with utter and absolute sincerity. It is said that, even for one kneeling beneath the executioner's sword already raised to strike, a single heartfelt cry to Bodhisattva Quan Yin will cause the blade to fall shattered to the ground. The many stories and anecdotes featuring this Goddess serve to convey the idea of an enlightened being who embodies the attributes of an all pervasive, all consuming, unwavering loving compassion and who is accessible to everyone. Quan Yin counsels us by Her actions to cultivate within ourselves those particular refined qualities that all beings are said to naturally possess in some vestigial form. Contemplating the Goddess of Mercy involves little dogma or ritual. The simplicity of this gentle being and Her standards tends to lead Her devotees towards becoming more compassionate and loving themselves. Kwan Yin is associated with the earth, fertility, and birth, and healing. She has also brought forth the energies of Magnified Healing. Quan Yin is known as the Goddess of Compassion and is often depicted riding on a dragon. She is the eastern counterpart of Mother Mary and she works to balance the feminine energy. She is one of the Lords of Karma representing the sixth ray. Isis carried the same 'mother energy' in Egyptian and Hinduism, Shakti (Vishnu's wife), Parvati (Shiva's wife) and Sita (Rama's wife). Her proper name is Kuanshih Yin and means "She who harkens to the cries of the world". She is honored in Japan and China. A Celestial Bodhisattva and Ascended Master. 'Quan Yin Mahatma Reiki'

The 8th Chakra is the first chakra in the 4th dimension, it is the Seat of the Soul our Soul Star. THE SECOND IN A SET OF 3 ASCENDED MASTER ATTUNEMENTS The first 7 of the Planetary Rays & Ascended Masters was covered in Ascended Masters Level 1 Attunements, this Attunement is for the next 5 Rays & the Ascended Master associated with each one. The twelve rays are the twelve planetary rays that exist on this planet. Each is a stepped down version of the original cosmic rays at the Creator levels. This does not mean they are not powerful, on the contrary they are perfectly powerful for all of us here on Earth Each human being is created from many of these rays, which give us our attributes. Each of us are stronger in some rays and weaker in others. It is important to look after YOU first. This means regular self-treatments everyday where possible & for 21 days after each attunement. The more you use Reiki the more powerful it will become There are various different methods & the following is a mixture of a few I have come across. It is the easiest for me to follow but please experiment until you find the method you are most comfortable with. Find yourself a quiet room & lie or sit in a comfortable position. Switch off telephones, TVs, radios, computers or digital equipment & remove your watch & jewellery. Play some nice relaxing music. The hands should be slightly cupped & each position held for around 3 minutes. Feel free to use intuition & move on to the next position when you feel the time is right. place the hands over the face, with the fingers at the top of the forehead & hands touching place hands on top of head with fingers touching, palms are close to the ears touching temples place hands over the ears with fingers pointing up place hands on the back of head with the base of the palms at the base of the skull place the hands over the throat base of palms touching & fingers wrapped around the neck cross arms over chest & place hands over the shoulders close to the neck place hands above (or on) the breasts with fingers pointing towards heart place hands over stomach above navel with fingers touching place hands over abdomen below navel with fingers touching place hands over hip bones with fingertips over the pubic bone place hands on middle of back with fingers touching place hands on lower back with fingers over tail bone cup left knee in your hands cup right knee in your hands cup left foot in your hands cup right foot in your hands A relax, allow the energy to flow through you, through your aura & meridians, follow the breath This may be the time to incorporate an axiatonal alignment to connect with a higher meridians for soul & monad energies to align with your physical body energy Discover the power of Reiki self-treatment for your wellness journey. Traditionally, the Reiki system contained 3 levels, ‘Shoden’ (introduction), ‘Okuden’ (2nd level) & ‘Shinpiden’ (mystery Teachings). Originally these were used as guidelines as Dr Usui would initiate 1st & teach later in an informal & unstructured way. Dr Usui only initiated 3 Masters. In Japan the Masters level was believed to be very special & only for the few. Today Reiki is seen to help spiritual development, has life changing qualities, brings karmic patterns to an end & lifts the Practitioner beyond the realm of incarnating into lower forms. Although your Reiki Master will share their 3rd level teachings on a physical level the majority of the Mystery Teachings are shared on the higher levels & mainly by guides & spiritual beings. This information is provided for the benefit of the Practitioner & the betterment of humankind. The 3rd degree attunement connects the Practitioner to a higher level of consciousness, spiritual awareness & divine energies providing the opportunity for self-development & higher frequency healing for self & others. Past life memories may also resurface helping guide the practitioner on their life purpose. Becoming a Reiki Master is a great honour & may result in serious life changes. The increase in your vibratory rate will be a gradual process over weeks, months or even years. It will happen at the rate your physical body can handle. Friends you haven’t seen for a while will notice you have changed, psychically sensitive people will sense a different energy around you, people who can see auras will notice your aura is bigger, brighter & smoother. You will find new people drawn to you who are of a similar energy frequency. You will gain new interests, thoughts, ideas & beliefs as you open yourself to new experiences. Open yourself to whatever new experiences life brings you. As a Reiki Master it will seem as though those chance meetings & sudden opportunities have been engineered by some divine being or guide working for you. Some people will argue that you cannot become a Master of anything in one weekend. This is true as the Masters initiation simply plugs the Practitioner into the spiritualising energy which works gradually over time. It could be a year later that you wake up thinking “I’m a Reiki Master!” This is a sign that the energy is fully aligned to your own frequency & is settled in. Some people may take longer. Everyone is different & it is important not to worry about the transition period as it will happen when the time is right for you. The more you work with the Reiki energy the quicker the process tends to be. The Masters attunement must not be seen as the end of the road as it is merely the beginning. Some misguided Reiki Masters become victims of their own self-importance e.g. those who charge big money for treatments or courses. In Buddhism it is tradition to never speak ill of someone who has taken the same initiation as yourself as, in a way, you are spiritual brothers & sisters. Such people have lost sight of their life purpose & spirituality as the drive towards wealth & success takes over from their original desire to heal & care for others. It is wise to involve a friend who can bring you back down to earth should your ego start to inflate. To be a good Reiki Master you should aim to be :- good humoured down to earth not overly serious accept people for who they are (including yourself) Do not try to change yourself as the required changes will happen naturally. You will still be the same person you were before & won’t suddenly become a nun, monk, vegetarian or tee-total or walk around the supermarket in a flaffy new age dress. To be useful in this lifetime you must stay connected & grounded as the person people know you as. Do not try to become something you are not.
